[Drama-Committee] Meeting next week
Since the additional info isn't needed till March 30th. Can we please have the week end off? And resume committee meetings on Mondays? So- Monday at 8pm suit all? Send apologies if not. If loads can't make it we'll move it back to Sunday. Anyway- a few things, 1.) Send me stuff for agenda 2.) If you email the committee and receive a "awaiting moderator approval" message just txt me to approve it. I only check it every couple of days cus I receive approx 100 spam emails daily and trying to identify yours can be quite difficult! 3.) Susan Bourke- can I get ALL the details about ISDA so I can inform the cast? (i.e. total price they will be required to pay etc...) 4.) Also- is transport covered in the ISDA trip? 5.) 36 Hour musical- Pauric- get someone to help put up posters next week! 6.) Liana- send me that new sponsorship sheet for the musical 7.) Conor- the website hasn't been updated since 27th Feb. That meant that neither Iago nor Vagina Monologues were advertised on it. Could you try update it more often or at least when I send an announce drama? Also- my bebo page has pictures of Iago that you can add. I'm sure someone has pictures of Vagina Monologues. (Susan?)
