Hi Folks Alan just rang to see if we can change the meeting with him to Thursday at 1. I told him there shouldn't be a problem and most of you will get a call from me before you see this mail to confirm this. We just need to meet with him and discuss budget and the like. It shouldn't go on for more than an hour and for those who cant make the two days then dont worry about it, I dont think we need the entire committee to be there but the more the merrier I think is the phrase. We should get all the kinks ironed out with more heads on the job.
