[Drama-Committee] just a few quick points
Right hi guys, First off, apolgies for not being there tonight, but i had to go to england, and wont be back till monday. 1. So, as you read this, the quiz will probably be over. How did it go in general, esp how many tables. What did ye think of the stack of prizes? Just a quick thanks to Shelly who heckled the manager of Tesco in the Jervis Centre into giving us €30 voucher ot spend. Also, as i won be back could somebody please lodge the money made into the bank asap. Thanks 2. Regarding our set, as you all know it has been granted and will be arriving sometime on monday. I have already put in a cheque rec for the set, but the cheque will need to be collected by bob, eoin or dave on mon. So if one of you could dl that, i would be grateful. 3. Regarding the musical, i have left laura a couple of blank cheques to cover any possible small expenses that might arise whilse i am away. These cheques are strictly for small things such as props, paint etc. THEY ARE NOT TO BER USED TO PAY FOR THE SET, MUSICIANS, ALAN, IAIN OR OLGA. 4. Re the SPC meeting tomorrow, i was told that only one member of committee was required to attend. Anyho apologies, and keep me up to date on the outcome please. 5. As the musical is on next week, when are we gonna have a committee meeting. I know that many of you are involved in some way, shape or form, so perhaps some time during the day would suite all. 6. On a side note, is there any way that someone could sort out the problem with me sending out large mails to the committee. Anytime i want to send out mails with big documents attached, i need to wait for moderator approval, and its becoming a pain in the ass, esp if the mails are important. See ya'll soon, and good luck with the show:) -- Shane Murphy Treasurer, DCU Drama Mailto: shane.murphy53@mail.dcu.ie shane.murphy53@gmail.com treasurer@dcudrama.ie Ph: 087 7822628
