Dear Ian
My name is Paul May and I'm the webmaster for DCU Drama. At the moment we're building a new website, and we'd like to register a domain name to make it easier for our members to locate the site.
We need a supporting document fromt the college to pass onto the Domain Registry of Ireland stating who we are so that they know we have a legitimate claim to the domain name dcudrama.ie.
We'd be really greatful if you could help is out. Would you be able to provide us with a letter on DCU headed paper stating that:
* DCU Drama is a recognised society of Dublin City University
* The chairperson of DCU Drama is Medb Riordan
* The webmaster of DCU Drama is Paul May
* DCU Drama would like to apply for the domain name dcudrama.ie
* DCU Drama's address is DCU Drama, c/o The Clubs and Societies Office, The Hub, Dublin City University, Glasnevin, Dublin 9
That'd be great. Could you let me know if you can be of help? My address is:
Paul May 353 Kilbarrack Road Dublin 5
