[Drama-Committee] Meeting and AGM
Hey guys, I know we were supposed to have a meeting tonight but as most of us were busy with musical stuff. Anyway- I think the main thing we need to decide is AGM?! I THINK we can decide this over email.... Here's the first thing- we need to give a weeks notice (consititution) so... that leaves... Week 10..... Mon ----- NO Tues ----- Music soc and Redbrick AGM's Wed ------- ???? Thurs-------- ???? Fri ------ Bad idea me thinks Friday is shit day Week 11..... Mon - Thurs..... Yeah, Easter Monday is pretty much out of the question, nobody is going to be around... Thursday probably isn't the best either, 'cause a lot of people will be going to the Clubs and Socs Awards... Wednesday really isn't good for me though, I'm going to be in Ballymount that evening... Is there a problem with having it the same day as two other AGMs? Is there a problem with having it the same day as two other AGMs? Is there much of a crossover in terms of members...?
