[Drama-committee] calendar
Hey, Jsut to let you know iv typed up a provisional calendar and its in the cubby hole if you wana go have a look, add any bits iv forgotten. riona's bringing to get the grand application probably today, most likely tomorrow, so if you think of any events, add them, feic the dates - we need money!!!
Hi Folks Yep, myself and Paul went to the Clubs & Societies meeting today, and a number of items were discussed in relation to Clubs & Socs Day, the SPC and other matters. Most of the issues we know already, but two important things: 1) The membership books we've to get will be given out when we book the stand. (I'm going to try and book our place on Monday but I do have a lecture I can't miss, so if anyone's around at 10am on Monday, give me a call). These books will make signing everyone up a very tedious and long-winded procedure but it has to be done. I anyone can think of a society that will probably not turn up for the Day, we could book them in beside us and take their space when they never arrive, giving us more room to pimp ourselves :) (turns out fotosoc _will_ actually be making an appearance, damn, damn, damn) 2) The grant application must be completed by next Friday. I'd suggest a brainstorming session this Friday because we've a lot of work to do on it in the space of a week and we'll have parties and stands and membership to sort out during that time too. With the help of Lorraine's fabulous calendar we should be able to get planning! Can we meet on friday? i would propose at 6:30 so breifne can be there but if thats too late then perhaps at 12:00! post freshers ball lunch will be nice!! mail bck asap!
