[Drama-Committee] VERY IMPORTANT MEETING!!
Hi folks, Since I've got all your attention with that fancy subject bar, here's the deal: Our critical meeting scheduled for this coming Sunday at 4:00pm has been changed to the following day, the Bank Holiday Monday, instead. This is due to the fact that a couple(okay-nearly all!) our members were unable to make it on the Sabbath Day... Elaine and Bob have assured me that it's REALLY important that we all attend as it will be the meeting where we'll sit down and put down our actual timetable for next year and cement our plans for shows, etc. So please make an appearance...! 4:00, Monday, some meeting room in the HUB!! [eoc] "I'm a friend first, boss second...probably entertainer third." (David Brent) "Yeah. I think the Irish are going through a major image change. I mean, the old image of Leprechauns, shamrock, Guinness, horses running through council estates, toothless simpletons, people with eyebrows on their cheeks, badly tarmacced drives ? in this country, men in platform shoes being arrested for bombings, lots of rocks, and Beamish. I think people are saying ?yes, there?s more to Ireland than this?. A good slogan for the tourist board ? [adopts bad Irish accent] ?Dere?s more to Oireland dan dis.?
i think the hub will be closed on the monday...quiet corner in weldons is an option or we get chinese food and go to the hub and our good friend eoin goes and calls security tomorrow and tells them we need it open ;) (you'll prolly have to let una redmond know about this too).
