When it comes to radios its best to only have the committe on them because that way the important people cna keep in touch without the the network becoming too cluttered and it would annoy people who are in the showings to have people talking into their radios all the time, and trust me on this you cant whisper into them so if your talking into them in a room when no one else is talking everyone will notice.
