<div>Okay so after thinking about the Chromebooks, surely the committee or those involved in choosing the recipients of the Chromebooks should not receive one themselves as they are totally biased.</div>
<div>Perhaps a sub-committee who will not be eligible to receive a Chromebook should be established.</div>
