No we should not ask for a deposit. The Chromebooks are not ours, we are only facilitating the distribution of them. As I've said previously ISS are going to be distributing the Chromebooks and as far as I'm aware they require candidates to sign a form before they receive one. I can acquire a copy of this form if you so wish.
