Hi Guys,

Please see email from Redbrick's new Chairperson. He introduced himself to me and Laura yesterday. He seems very nice and I for one am happy to see him stepping up and taking the open position on the room committee.

Is mise le meas,
Ian

Hi guys,

First of all - first time seeing your site and it looks great.

I'm Dave and they new chair of Redbrick. I'm quite eager to fix the obvious
issues between our societies and I think it seems to be mostly communication
issues. I apologies on behalf of Redbrick for that. It's a new committee
this year in RB and I'm sure we can work with you guys to resolve any issues
that there are between our two societies.

Yesterday I was told that you EngSoc got the feeling that we were acting like we thought we were a better
society and wanted nothing to do with EngSoc. I'm sorry that we projected
ourselves that way and i can tell you that that couldn't be further from the
truth this year. I think there will be a crossover of members between our
societies and we'd love to work with you to grow your society in any way we
can.

I will be taking Carri's position on the Common Room committee if
there are no objections from you guys. I hope we can work together
throughout the year, not just on the common room, but for other events and
workshops.

Cheers
(Apologies for the wall of text!)
