Heres three designs for the flyer. When we get confirmation of prizes I'll add it somewhere on the flyer, so maybe if Ian or Laura could contact Lisa Looney to confirm the prizes before we have to hand in the final flyer design on the 10th of June. Also can you check to see if they can accept visio files (the print shop on campus can't) as it will make printing them and editing the times on the poster much easier. Also I can set the size and font to be used and they just need to edit the date.

*Note: Some of the graphics look distorted in the pdf but its the same template I use for all the posters and they print perfect.
