[Engsoc-Committee] Meeting Decisions/Votes & All Other Business I Have Time To Fit In
Hey guys, Seen as though tonight we had no quorum at our meeting and I don't want it to have to wait a week for decisions to be signed off on I'm going to see how this goes with voting on doodle. If it isn't working somebody tell me if it is great but it won't happen again as I should be sleeping right now! If you do not fill out the doodle poll I will take it as you answered yes to all, unless you have emailed the mailing list with a query or suggestion beforehand. There is a deadline of Friday at 6pm for voting when all decisions will be taken as final! If you would like an emergency meeting called tell me when and why and it will be called within reason. Tasks Chigozie to make Doodle Poll/Survey for ideas for big event to publicise Society Chigozie to make Doodle Poll for Club Venue for Week 10 Night Out Chigozie to look into Paint Ball Event Aisling to help Laura and Ruairi with Ball Event (Somebody) to look into and set up doodle poll for movie to watch at event Week 9, email to members to decide. Chigozie/Aisling to look into Byob Yu-Gi-oh event. (Somebody) to look into holding Star Wars movie marathon event. Eoin to look into Stickbomb event. Ruairi to look into Insurance for use of hacksaws etc. We need more Events! Doodle Polls Night Out Additional Info: It was thought that the doodle poll idea would encourage members to go through including them in the planning process. Instead of this being limited to just Engineer's it was thought that we could contact others about it e.g. Sinead contact Nursing friends. Buy More Meccano Weekly Finance Report Movie Event Week 9 If I have forgotten something somebody please drop me an email so I can send something out about it or bring it up at another meeting. Hi all, Just to say we are fully covered by the colleges insurance policy for the use of tools. We also don't need a permit to bring them on campus. Checked it all with Siobhan last week.
