Hi all, The moment we have been waiting for is finally upon us! We have been given the go ahead to give out key cards to our members. The room will have to be monitored very closely in the next couple of weeks as some people still have some little issues/problems with the room and could very easily close the room down, it will be the responsibility of every member of both EngSoc and Redbrick committees to keep an eye on the room and make sure everything is as it should. Everybody who currently has a keycard will have to return it in favour of a numbered key card to comply with securities rules. Every member requesting a key card will have to present their student card as verification of identity and sign the attached Code of Conduct including those who may have one already. To start with there are 75 key cards per society but there is no issue of getting more which will most likely be done, key cards will be distributed Monday morning from 10:30 - 11:30 in N109.
