[Engsoc-Committee] Meeting
Hey all. Tomorrow at 12 there is a meeting on clubs and soc day, it were we'll getting our table. I'm going, anyone else is welcome to come. This in mind I would like to call a meeting tomorrow at three. The agenda is as follow. Reporting in. Clubs and Soc day report from Eoin. Battle bots proposal by Richie Toulouse information by Killian. Open floor for new proposal (planned out) Brainstorm Budget for the year. Timetable for the year. Theres enough of us so hopefully we'll have it covered the whole time! Also, we need attractions, any ideas or stuff you can bring from home, just reply to the email! I want to have it sorted by Monday. Theres alot of stuff to do this week so we need to get planning. Also We need to have a laptop on the stand to register people at all times.
