Members of Council, Apologies that the minutes of the meeting are late. Myself and Sean had a meeting with the Minister at short notice last week and I didn't have time to write up Council minutes till this morning as a result. More details on the meeting with the minister at Council tomorrow evening. Two things to note for the next meeting. The University President will be there to take questions and suggestions so have them ready. Also we will be asking Council to vote on having a Demonstration/Protest sometime in February against fees. The National Strategy Group have discussed this at length and we hope for more discussion tomorrow. See you at pm in QG13 tomorrow. Hey Guys, Us CA4's are finishing lectures this week (then have 4 weeks to finish projects). Anyway we were wondering if any other classes would like to have an almighty piss-up next week (Wed or Thurs). [Humanities-list-2002] Free lunch for class reps

Greetings Class reps. I would like to extend another invitation to you to attend the class rep meeting next Tuesday, April 1 at 1pm - 2pm in the mentoring suite in the Library. The meeting which includes lunch, provides an opportunity for class reps to meet library staff to discuss issues which may have arisen for their classes during the first Semester and also provide us with useful feedback on current facilities/services. Sean Scally asked me to make sure everyone knows that ANYONE in the faculty can run for humanities convenor. Don't feel intimidated if you're in first year....The school needs a rep on the SU. It's just like being an extra powerful class rep! If you have any queries about the position Rachel in CS3 (this years convenor) will be happy to answer your questions.
