Hi there, as part of the rugby clubs christmas celebrations we plan on organizing a traffic light ball in coyote lounge. just want to see whether any classes want to make it their class party for christmas, hopefully tickets will only be a nominal fee - ?1 or ?2 just to cover expenses. i need to give an estimate of numbers to coyote to secure the venue and the more people the better bargain position for getting promotions, as it stands there are the following promotions:- ?2.50 pint of fosters ?1.90 shots of snapps (6 flavours) ?4.00 vodka and mixer we are also hoping to get a happy hour going which will include some other promotions. the night in question is wednesday night of week 12, 18th. starting bout 10.30 and goin on into the early hours. if ye are interested can you get back to me and maybe give a rough estimate on numbers.
