Your access bands are now available at reception. These are free but a replacement charge will be applied if you loose the band. They can be collected by providing your firstname, surname and club. They are valid only for club times. No access will be allowed without a wristband. If your name is not on the list please contact me. -- Rea

As DCU Sports Complex closes at 6.00 on Bank Holidays there will be no training on Monday next, 24 October. For anyone who is around there will be normal training on Saturday at 11.00 and on Thursday next at 7.00. Enjoy the weekend. Rea

Hey Everyone, Great first session on Thurs! Just a quick e-mail to let you all know that there will be a club meeting next Thursday after training (around 8.15pm). In it we will discuss competitions, trips away and basic organisation of the club. If you have any ideas on running the club or what you would like to happen we would be delighted to hear it.
