We found from the replies the 11th of February did not suit a number of clubs. Therefore our priority has been to find an alternative date. Unfortunately this was a harder task than initially thought but we have secured all hall in G.M.I.T for the 25th of February. As this date seems to suit all clubs we have decided that this is the new date and venue. At this point we really hope this date suits everyone. We sent an e-mail to all the colleges connected with the intervarsity in December and we not informed of any clashes for any club on this weekend. Therefore we believe this is a more suitable date. Information packs will be sent to all clubs via post and e-mail. They will contain costs, accommodation, rules and categories and registration details. These will arrive by next Friday.
