Hey Everyone, Just to remind you all that there is a course on in DCU this weekend with an international instructor. Details have already been sent around about this course. If you need them again let me know. For those of you who are not going to the course or cannot afford it there will be ONLY ONE training session on Saturday from 12-1. This is for everyone and will just be a kata class with some kumite in preparation for our competition on the 25th November. Regards, Maria
