Hello Everyone, We are hosting a big pre-Intervarsity competition on 25th November. Cork, Limerick, Waterford and UCD will all be present (maybe even Birmingham!!!!). There will be no team events just individual events. So get your assess to training, get practicing your katas and get ready for some kumite practice in the classes leading up to the competition.
