All

As you are aware we have planned 3 classes per week for the summer

Monday 7pm-8:30pm
Wednesday 7pm-8:30
Saturday 11am-12:30pm

For the last two weeks on Wednesdays the instructor has turned up but there has been no one attending the class.

As the instructor teach on a voluntary basis can you please let me know if anyone plans on training on Wednesdays over the summer. If not we will cancel the formal class but keep the slot if anyone wants to do self training.

Please respond by Monday 11th June.

Thanks and

Regards

Neville

Hi All

Well done to all those who passed their grading  in the last month. Make sure you dont rest on your laurels too long and get back down training.

Summer training times
Training times for the summer period are as follows

Monday 7pm-8:30pm
Wednesday 7pm-8:30
Saturday 11am-12:30pm

Anyone training over the summer will need to get their blue wristband refreshed at reception to access the sports centre as the normal college term is over.

Club Membership/Licensing
Also anyone  who is training in DCU regularly ( once a week) will need to have an ISI license for insurance purposes. The instructor will be checking this over the coming weeks.

Sensei Marc Stevens Course

We are hosting a karate course with Sensei Marc Stevens (5th Dan from Belgium) on the 9th  and 10 June and this is a course suitable for all grades. Marc is an excellent instructor and a long term senior student of Sensei Shirai (10th Dan) so this is not to be missed. See the attached flyer for more details.
.
