Hey all,

Just a quick e-mail to clarify upcoming rehearsals. I know that a lot of you have been texting Jess asking if you were needed for a certain day, etc. As you may know, it is incredibly difficult (nigh on impossible actually!) to get everyone in the same room at a time that suits for particular scenes so at the present time, myself and Siobhan are contacting people by text when we need them. So please, over the next few days, have your phones on all the time.

The show is happening in a number of days time. Because of this, we need full availability for an early until late all-day rehearsal on Friday- believe me, we need it. If you have lectures- make an exception for one day. We have to rehearse with everyone present. It will be tough but ultimately rewarding. A start time and venue will be confirmed soon.

Details of the show: We're performing 6 shows- 4 evening and two matinee (Tuesday and Wednesday). Each matinee begins at 2pm with each evening show kicking-off at 7:30 (doors at 7pm).

This Saturday, we can get into The Helix from 2pm onward. It is essential that the cast be there so you can get used to the venue and used to positioning and where your audience will be. We will run through scenes with you in order to get your projection right and so your voice won't be lost and difficult to hear during performances. We'll be in The Helix until 10pm: rehearsing.

Sunday: Again, we can enter the Space from 2pm onwards. This is when a full run-through (a couple of them) will take place. Bring your costume for Sunday. All props, music, lights, etc will be set up by Sunday and therefore, a full dress rehearsal is imperative.

*ALL EXTRAS TO ATTEND ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY PLEASE!! WE NEED YOU FOR CERTAIN SCENES AND IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU BE THERE.*

By this stage, we hope all of you have gotten "into" your character and know the litttle quirks and traits that they are afflicted with. Keep going over your lines as the more you understand what you're saying, the more comfortable you appear and the easier the words flow. Also, one doesn't have a tendancy to rush over dialogue if they know exactly what they're saying.

If, for whatever reason, you cannot make rehearsals from now on, text Siobhan, Jess or myself in plenty of time. We have a show on in a few days and we want everything to run smoothly.

Also, please feel free to meet up with others at suitable times and run through lines and certain scenes. As we said last Sunday: the hand-holding stage is over. You all have the intelligence and cop-on to take the initiative here: more importantly, we NEED you to.

As a footnote, we are very impressed by how things are developing. Very impressed. However, some scenes need work. It will be a great show if we all help each other out.

           Talk soon,

           Eoin, Siobhan and Jess.
