I think we all know he was referring to the CC, or at least to the fact that the decisions they have made seem technically flawed. We can see no reason for the SSH block from inside the college, and we are not given one by the CC. I'll talk to JK asap. I'm working right now so that's problematic.

No, he doesn't. The current machine is there on the condition that it is shared. Both myself and John signed agreements to this effect.
He's perfectly entitled to be annoyed with some of the posts... though only really at the implication that what we have isn't a good deal. It is, but one of the limitations is silly and I'm sure he knows that, and didn't want it there.
Try JC ... put it up without telling them or making it clear to us that we were going against the CC with it. Can you please clarify that statement?
