I'd like to move the meeting to somewhere other than a pub. I don't think it's a suitable place for any sort of discussion - it would be too loud, and I there's the smoke. And I hear it's a crap pub too! ;)

Mahaffey's? Not at all. It's very quiet. Especially on a Saturday afternoon. Empty too, probably moreso than a Cafe at the same time. So there. :o)

I'd suggest a quiet Cafe, somewhere like the Joy of Coffee. We can retire to the pub after the meeting, but for the meeting itself we shouldn't hold it in a noisy, smelly place (where that smell is not coffee)
