Right - I know a lot of you have helped to get this society back on track but I have to tell you all about the trojan work put in by Dave Barrett in particular. Dave was one of the first people on the scene (with myself and Bart), Dave organised the committee meeting and has done a lot of the letter writing since. He also has put the whole nervecenter thing together in one weekend. As we are now looking good (pre SB meeting with sargon etc..) and we will hopefully get our server back soon (SB has said that the "attack" could have come from the Solaris system), I for one wish to acknowledge the work put in by Dave in particular, JC, Bart,Noel Hogan(for the support), Redbrick(muchos gracios),and Compsoc Galway(for more support). Also fair dues to Darragh for making the right decision under stressful conditions. I know we may have been a little too agressive with him, but we can now appreciate his moral courage for stepping down.
