Cool, thanks for the heads-up. Seifried & Song really know their stuff. We'll switch to SSH2 under OpenSSH whenever we get the system back up, but as Seifried says, it's only a matter of time until that's messed about with, so we're back to education. Oh well. :o)

Not terribly, I hope. :o) With the setup in the network document, we'd be considerably more secure than the rest of the college. But you can only ever be 'more secure' - there's no such thing as real security. :o( The work Dug Song has done on dsniff demonstrates that very effectively.
