You Should be pulling together now NOT ripping each other to pieces infront of the whole Exec. and the SU. That's why I'm asking Cian to end the list now before things really get ugly.
Hm. I don't want to end the list. I'd rather the people involved in the silly argument would get together and talk about it. But hey, maybe I'm too nice and optimistic. ;o) I talked with Aidan on Tuesday night and we decided not to post anything that wasn't constructive... I think he understands that he might have started the most recent argument, and I haven't help much. :(
As the SU Societies officer I have to point out that this kind of infighting can only make the society look worse in what are very testing times for it.
Damn right. Many people have said this all along. We don't need this kind of internal strain at this point, and I'm very disappointed to see the people involved maintain it. Some apologies and compromises all around would be a Very Good Thing. Please sort this out, people - have a meeting, figure out what will make everyone happy, and try to understand where each person involved is coming from. Next Wednesday Darragh, Aidan and myself will be at the GM; and Darragh will get to say a few words to the members.

Okay. Don't you think that you lot should get together first and sort out your differences before that, though? Otherwise we could end up with a very fractious EGM?
