[Pleasantville] any of these look good?

Kitchen is fine sitting room is good for watching tv. I wonder is this the one that we were supposed to see up there, am I right? http://www.daft.ie/searchrental.daft?id=1072501 This place looks good for the bedrooms, a grand sitting room and what looks like a free front room for office/gaming room. Kitchen is a bit cramped but that isn't the end of the world. Need to check the facilities.
