Firstly we'll be making sure that the order has been filled fully and let you know when the hoodies are ready for collection.

We'd rather if we could arrange one or two days after the exams have finished to give out the hoodies.
But if you REALLY need to have your brand spankin' new hoodie then send an email to committee and we'll see what we can do.
