Just to outline the processes gone through for the hoodies: After attempts to contact original suppliers organised by the previous committee. A new design and Tender were sought from multiple suppliers to try and keep to the original price charged to the membership. The Committee was in communication with all of these companies over the space of a few weeks. Unfortunately the majority of suppliers responded they would be unable to provide the hoodies to the specifications outlined or within budget. A Final supplier responded to our tender and the order was outlined and placed on the 19th July. The delivery was delayed due to miscommunication of price on original invoice sent to the committee. This issue has since been sorted and delivery to DCU is expected on or before 13th August. Once the hoodies are as ordered members will be told promptly upon delivery to DCU and collection can be arranged on an individual basis.
