[Redbrick-birthday] Book/Magazine meeting
Hey all, as those of you who've been following along the thread re: the book know, Karl suggested meeting up in college one night, so we can do some proper organisation of both that and the collage. Suggested date is the 25th of Feb, and the time is about 5pm. Who's interested? Michelle -- 'Cause I'm just a little girl you see But there's a hell of a lot more to me Don't ever underestimate what I can do Don't ever tell me how I'm meant to be

I'm on this list (obviously) but I won't be attending since I don't think I'd add much. btw, is there any agenda? Are there particular actions you'd like to agree on in this meeting? It might be useful to get that kind of stuff agreed on in advance so the meeting is a bit more productive.

I don't know about Karl but I intended it as a way to gather the materials written and collected so far for the book and the collage, and to start putting them together, along with talking about any new ideas for book content

Cool so. I'll be there then (~5pm), and will bring any RB stuff from home. If anyone else wants to join in too, and/or dump stuff on me prior to Saturday if they can't make it (?), that would be good... Kp -- Hello. I'm Leonard Nimoy. Yup, though as always, hub management may kick up fuss (we have permission to be there, but security does like to show their power) Michelle -- 'Cause I'm just a little girl you see But there's a hell of a lot more to me Don't ever underestimate what I can do Don't ever tell me how I'm meant to be
How did it go yesterday? Well I hope :) Jess

Surprisingly well! We sorted out assignments, and thought up a centrepiece for the collage (which is going to be the brick from the logo, and the pictures posters/etc will fill white space) We also discussed the book, and decided to take orders for it at the birthday event, and get it printed, bound etc properly, and that way we can take our time with it.
