But it's not up to us to make a plan & tell everyone how it is anyway (especially not without any committee members present!) - merely to talk out ideas and roughly agree on how we can progress them. Important: we should make sure we try and organise things together as best we can - without any poor people (cmte or associates) storming ahead with their own ideas, on their own time! "Book": - For the moment, everyone (list/offlist) should contribute to the wiki - An email alias could be added for lazy redbrick members to mail stories to - Revisit the content/wiki properly in perhaps 2 months time to guage content Event: - A few ideas exist; we could possibly vote on which would suit us all best - 1838 Club (DCU fancy dining room): could host meal, slideshow, collage/book - Year long programme of events: Redbrick could use birthday idea thru year - We should make sure committee don't take the entire burden! Collage: - Scan in any stuff (posters/tickets/photos), thumbnail it on web, so that people can create "digital" layouts for the collage, or a digital collage - Pick a day in a month or two's time in DCU: everyone brings in stuff, we do it all on the floor of The Hub Seminar Room (or something).
