- Console Gaming - Day of Defeat Tournament - Hoodies

- Console Gaming -

We'll be having another normal console gaming session again this week, there's only 3 more left this year! There'll be lots of Halo 3, Rock Band, Super Smash Bros, Soul Calibur 2, Pro Evo and lots more! Console gaming runs from 3 - 6pm this Wednesday in the seminar room, upstairs in the hub. There'll be plenty of free resfreshments as well.

- Lab Gaming: DoD Tournament -

This week lab gaming will play host to a 4v4 Day of Defeat tournament. The tournament will be free entry with prizes of games and steelseries mousemats. Plenty of other games will be played during the event too, including CounterStrike, GTA2, Starcraft and lots more. So come along this Thursday play lots of games and be in with the chance of winning some really cool prizes for free! Lab Gaming runs from 6-9pm in C204 in the Henry Grattan building.

- Hoodies -

As per the last email, if you have ordered a GamesSoc hoodie and have not yet collected it, we urge you to do so as soon as possible. Starting Friday we will be selling on any remaining uncollected hoodies to other members. Hoodies can be collected on Wednesday during console gaming or you can email us to arrange a collection time at gamessoc@redbrick.dcu.ie

Well thats it for this week, just a quick congratulations to everyone who won prizes in the tournaments at the LAN over the weekend, safe to say everyone enjoyed themselves and were all very very tired afterwards!
