Week 8: EGM, Jungle Speed Tournament and St. Pat's night!

*EGM and Hoodie reminder!*

Oh what's this? An email on a Bank Holiday weekend? Just because school's out doesn't mean GamesSoc is! Hope everyone is having a good St. Patrick's Weekend as we have a whole host of events for you this week!

Just a quick reminder that we have an EGM this week! On Wednesday from 6.30pm in the Cuillín Room we'll be electing our new Public Relations Officer and Treasurer! Fancy yourself one of these positions? Why not come down and make a good old speech to get a spot on our committee. Pizza will also be making special appearance!

And the final reminder of this email! We still have a few people's hoodies left so if those kind souls (you know who you are) come collect them it would be greatly appreciated. *St. Pats night!*

Once again we're making a return to St. Pat's campus! In E206 this Tuesday from 6pm-9pm join us as we play a plethora of Tabletop games along with maybe a console game or two! *Super Smash Bros. Day and Leprecon Convention!*

This weekend our friends in UCD are hosting a Smash day. This Saturday on March 23rd why not join us, make a few friends and smash them on the way! The day will run from 11am-5pm in the UCD Student Center.

Speaking of Smash, why not come down and practice for the weekend at Console Gaming this week! Along with Smash, we'll be playing a whole host of other games with everyone in the Entrepreneurship Hub this Wednesday from 1pm-6pm! *Tabletop Gaming*

Alas Monday Tabletop gaming has fallen for this week since it's a Bank Holiday but Wednesday Tabletop's session is alive and well! Join us in the Cuillín room after the EGM this Wednesday for a Jungle Speed Tournament! Sign ups are €2 per person with a €20 Gamers World voucher and King of GamesSoc points as the Grand Prize! *PC Gaming*

Pc gaming will be happening again this week in the Entrepreneurship Hub this Thursday! Join us from 5pm-10pm with the main game to be announced later this week!

Remember to bring your own laptops, headsets, mice etc. as well! While we have a lot of Pcs we unfortunately can't provide for everyone!
