A friend has asked me 2 let all u future radio-heads know dat she is putting 2gether a weekly student radio magazine-type programme. It will be broadcast every tuesday from 9 til 10pm on Anna Livia fm (103.2).

It will include some of the following segments:

1/ college news round-up 2/ student health 3/ student travel 4/ student issues ie finance, fees, accomodation etc.. 5/ a society slot especially unusual societies 6/ pub of the week/month 7/ student night of the week 8/ gig, cinema, book, music reviews- 9/ different courses-ie a student interview with people doing different courses, how they heard about it, how they got in, how they like it and what they hope to get from it

10/ a career talk -someone coming in and taking bout their career, what courses they did and how it lead them to their career and how they got where they are 2day and advicve for wannabes

11/ minorities within colleges 12/upcoming student elections- 13/ in studio debates 14/ student welfare

She is open to any other suggestions u mite hav and is particularly interested in finding interviewers and interviewees on any of these topics.

D program will probably start broadcasting in 2 weeks so if ur at all interested - reply to me straight away. I will forward her all your suggestions/comments/questions/compliments about my charisma and charm.
