Hi everybody, The AGM took place on wednesday and the new committee are as follows: Chairperson - Liam ó Táilliúir Secretaty - Ciara Costelloe PRO - John Doyle Trips and Events - Stuart Clarke Treasurer - none Unfortunatly we have, as yet, no treasurer as both canidates announced their intention to run too late (the constitution says it has to be 2 academic days before the agm). As such we will be having an EGM on Wed 28th of April to resolve the matter. There was one change made to the constitution. The position of events officer was changed to trips & events officer as it was felt that the existing title was vague and needed clarification (duties are unaffected). Graham was givin the honourary position of king. Doc was deemed to be 'screamer of the word' once again. I will be ordering more sillicon tshirts early next week as some people didnt get a con shirt during the weekend. If anyone who was staffing, gm'ing or paid into the con didnt get a free con shirt email me your name and size and ill order one for you. If anyone else would like a con shirt i can order you one but you will have to pay for them (im not sure bout the cost. €7.87 at the worst but stocs may subsidise that amount).
