Hi everybody, The AGM will take place in CG20 on Wednesday week (the 27th) at 6.30 and will be followed by the usual STOCS meeting. The AGM is your chance to get involved in the running of the society and make any changes to the constitution. There are 5 positions available: Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, PRO and Trips & Events Officer. If anyone has any questions about any of the roles feel free to mail me and i can answer any questions you have. I want to apologise for the AGM being called so late but we have been unable to find a copy of the constitution, it was lost during the site hack. Luckily the SPC have a copy and i hope to have it soon with a minimum amount of nagging and will forward it onto the list so people can start writing up their proposed constitutional amendments. Just to remind you that all nominations and proposed amendments must be mailed to myself or ciara at least 2 days before the AGM.
