Last Chance to Book Evening Class Places Astronomy Ireland’s highly regarded evening classes will start again on Wednesday 31 January 2007. The classes are designed and taught by Emmet Mordaunt, news editor of Astronomy & Space magazine. All Welcome! Prior booking is essential. The style will be informal and questions are very much encouraged. Each class lasts for two hours with a 10-15 minute break. There is no exam, and no need to buy anything. Just bring you brain! Topics covered include planets, stars, telescopes and cosmology. The course runs for 10 weeks, with classes lasting two hours from 19:30 to 21:30.
