Sorry to bother everybody... The official announce drama will be out tomorrow but due to "technical" reasons I have to post this now... We will be having a vote next Mon @ 7pm in QG15 to amend the constitution. The amendments will include: - References to the ISDA rep will be changed to the External Liaison Officer - The introduction of the Training Officer onto the committee whose tasks include: * Organizing and administration of the workshops for the general membership and the committee. * To target an encourage the non active membership of the society and develop their involvement with drama. * To encourage development within the society in any shape and form Thats it!!! [Drama-Committee] Minutes for the last two meetings.

here are the minutes fot last nights meeting, and the last meetingi did i was at, so now you sould all have minutes for the first two handover meetings, then the next three meetings, then i missed two. and steve took minutes, And finally you should have last nights minutes, SO you should all have at least 6 sets of minutes, check your email most of them were sent out with the announcement of the suceeding meeting so there all there, I would sugest you take a few minutes to read through them , since alot of items are being rediscussed after being previously resolved. This should save time in the long run. Since last nights meeting had no agenda the minutes are taken down chronologically. everytime the subject chages i have put in a bar line and a new heading, hope you can wok your way through it. If dont tell you guys this enough, your all doing a terrific job. your devotion and over all ability to preform in your roles is outstanding , and i have a great feelings its going to another stormer of a year for drama.
