[Engsoc-Committee] Proposed "Robot Wars" for your consideration and advice on any changes

Hey All, If you could all read though the attached document it would be greatly appreciated. If you have any advice or don't think you like something don't moan come up with an alternative idea and change the document (highlighting the bits changed) and send it back to all of use) i am giving this as a time limit of this weekend and all changes to be made are to be done by Tuesday morning. I have also got wind that Conor (maths lecturer) is an avid fan of wanting something like this to happen so i wish to send the document on to him for his imput but after we work out all the kinks we can find (by Tuesday morning of course).
