Science Week -Jupiter Watches Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri Astronomy Ireland will be hosting a number of Nationwide Jupiter Watches as part of our Science Week celebrations. The main target will be the planet Jupiter which is an amazing sight in a good quality telescope but we will also teach you how to find your way around the sky with Ireland's most powerful hand held laser, and show you double stars, star clusters, and more, like you have never seen them before. Ideal for beginners (experts welcome too!). We encourage everyone to come along with friends and family to these free events and see Jupiter through some of Ireland's most powerful telescopes.
